The seller makes shipments using the carrier UPS and Italian Post for deliveries in Italy and in the rest of the world.
The ordered products will be shipped by the seller within three working days.
Delivery in Italy via the Italian Post Office takes place within 3 working days from the order confirmation (first delivery attempt). The service includes 2 delivery attempts at the address indicated at the time of the order. On the occasion of an attempt, the courier can contact the recipient of the order by telephone at the telephone number indicated when completing the online format to arrange a new delivery.
The seller assumes no responsibility for any damage to the goods (perishable goods) after the second delivery attempt. If delivery is not possible, the order will be returned to La Pizzicheria Tradizionale di Paciotti srl via Marcantonio Bragadin 51/53, 00136 Rome, Italy.
If the user is not able to be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, he will have to contact the seller again to agree on a new delivery date.
In case of failure to collect the goods, the sum paid will not be refunded. The seller cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, incorrect and non-delivery caused by events and / or causes of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances such as by way of example but not limited to: natural disasters, adverse weather conditions (such as intense snowfalls or heavy rains), any strikes (by one’s own or other employees), accidents to means of transport, explosions etc.
The transport following the termination of the contract may have additional costs that will be borne by the user.
Shipping costs are charged to the buyer (when not free) and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order.
The seller does not ship to companies that provide domiciliation, post office or deposit services.
Passing of risk
The risks relating to the products will pass to the user from the moment of delivery. The ownership of the products is considered acquired as soon as the full payment of all amounts due in relation to the same, including shipping costs, has been received.
Customs restrictions to the USA
Due to customs restrictions in place between Italy and the United States it will not be possible to ship cured meats (neither whole nor sliced) and alcoholic beverages to the United States.
