Comtè is a medium/long-aged cow’s milk cheese produced in France, in the Jura Massif area.
The production is very ancient: even Pliny spoke of it in his writings. Since 1958 it has enjoyed the AOC brand, that is the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée.
The particular and persistent taste makes it suitable for tasting alone, or for use in the kitchen for the creation of exquisite dishes.
