This Flaminio Oil is not filtered to maximize the characteristics of flavors and aromas, and to preserve all its natural riches intact.
Limited selection in quantity, only 5000 bottles, due to the very low yield, characteristic of the early harvest and over time: the unfiltered oil is a winter oil, the fragments of olives, which also enrich it with aroma and taste, can however in the long run alter the flavor characteristics of the oil.
