We are usually used to seeing chillies in their classic conical shape, slightly elongated and with the typical bright red color.
However, it has the good fortune of being able to boast a very particular quality of chilli, the round one with a slightly lighter color, always belonging to the spicy chilli family but definitely less than the other very spicy “brothers” and “cousins”! For this reason it is used to prepare a very good preserve that reigns supreme, almost like the ‘nduja on bread, as the queen of appetizers. These are hot peppers stuffed with tuna, anchovies and capers.
Delicious treats to taste, even all in one bite, which it is impossible not to fall in love with.
