Cow’s milk blue cheese, infiltrated with Port wine and refined with Emilia Red Cherry.
Marked and decidedly noble taste, the medium marbling, the thin crust, the infiltrations of the port can be seen when cut, giving it a ruby color, it satisfies the palate and all the senses together.
Excellent in an assorted plate of savory cheeses, absolutely exceptional on a warm crouton.
It goes well with all bubbles, but the sweet wines obviously enhance it.
